We want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make our pantry parades a success last week. We had an amazing turnout, and were able to donate almost 23,000 pounds of food to our local food pantries!
Here are a few fun stats from the parades:
- We collected over 22,736 pounds of food between the eight parades, plus cash donations have been pouring in.
- Most routes had fire trucks and police cars from local municipalities with sirens blaring and lights flashing which added a fun element.
- We had tremendous support from local education foundations and city leaders who helped spread the word.
- Our employees and families were amazing to volunteer their day to help make a difference.
- We received local and national media coverage, which will help spread the word and encourage people to do good!
