Part of that commitment is that we look to grow people from within.  We try and post all positions that we have come open on our internal application page on Yag-u.com. This is still a process that we are trying to perfect but should be fairly accurate.

When applying please apply with the mindset that the new position is an opportunity that not everybody can get, and if it does not work it is ok and more opportunities will open in the future. Please know and understand that as we try to grow people from within many times there are several factors that go into moving people into different positions, and we will also be looking for external applicants. As you apply for a position please be cognizant of your current manager and how he or she will be able to fill your position. (have you helped train a replacement?)
