Last weekend two members of the amazing staff at Young Buick GMC displayed why going the extra mile for our customers is part of the reason we continue to generate a fiercely loyal following.
Following their service appointment, a customer noticed an issue with the vehicle after they had left the dealership. They became worried and distraught—the service center had since closed and they were scheduled to be leaving on a long road trip. They got ahold of Austin James from the sales department, and he was able to relay the situation to Deby Purser from service. Deby coordinated with Alberto Estrada who came in from home to check the vehicle. From there it was a simple fix, and the customer was able to get back on the road.
