We want to put together a little DELIVERY CONTEST. Starting June 15th Oliver will be going to go to each store and be delivered a vehicle. The process post FI to drive out the door (everything included in this process including gong or anything else you guys do). As you all know this is a key part of customer satisfaction and the final customer experience. This is the part they remember the most and can leave a lasting impression.
How it will work:
Please hold an internal competition in your stores for who will do the delivery. Oliver will then do the delivery with that person. In addition to that, we will randomly choose another sales person to do a delivery for me. We will take the average of their two scores. Please make sure the process that Oliver gets is the established process and not just something for me. Please make sure your store is using every aspect and every sales person can do it.
What we will be looking for and comparing on:
- Photo Explanation and connection of any vehicle features
- YAC explanation and setup
- Any added services that I need to know about (roadside, RHT, Service Contract)
- Dealership and Sales person Contact Information
- Explanation of Survey
- Follow-up Plan
- WOW FACTOR
