The difference between success and failure is a great team. There is nothing better than being apart of a great and cohesive team. Knowing that you can turn to fellow team members and rely on them and being there to help them is when you feel that big things can be achieved. Work Together Rise Together!
The timing of this e-mail was just right.
I would like to share an example of a team that worked together to help a family from out of State get back on the road.
Earlier in the week an elderly couple from Missouri traveling through, broke down in their F250 Super Duty that required extensive repairs.
The goal was to complete the repair by Friday in order for the wife to get back to work Monday in Missouri. Once in running order we found the thermostat failed during the test drive and it was now after 4:30pm Friday.
So as a team to “Work Together & Rise Together” we and when I say “we” it was Craig the service consultant, Kelly the technician, Dave our Parts Manager, Hillary our parts helper and myself all pulled together to get the job done no matter what.
Dave sends Hillary all the way to the Freeport center warehouse to pick up the needed parts and deliver back to Kelly so we can move on and achieve this repair to get these GREAT customers on the road. What I loved about this, is we all stayed together to get the job done, which we finally achieved at 7:30pm Friday. Young Ford made friends with these customer… in fact Kelly and the Older gentleman exchanged phone#”s. To me that was a great feeling to have us all together working to accomplish the same goal… Take Care of our Customers!

I’m very happy to say that Young Ford demonstrated this all Friday and I couldn’t be more proud of my whole team and YAG!!!
Great job everyone!! That sounds like Ritz-Carlton Customer Service!
A great team is the key to success. I don’t know if anyone did the rope tug-a-war fight back in grade school, but that is what I relate a great team to. There will always be the strongest player, and the weakest, but when everyone gets together to help you can and will win. One strong man is no match for a team of willing men. “work together rise together…”
YAG did a wonderful job of coming together, keeping together, and working together for the recent Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraiser. It was a huge success because everyone worked together toward a common goal. #ThinkYoung
Feedback, whether positive or constructive, is essential for creating well-performing teams. It is important for team members and managers alike to address issues and provide praise in a timely, constructive manner.
