Got it! I completely agree with the quote. It’s sometimes hard to always have a positive attitude but we must if we want to sell cars!

Customers can see if your just trying to put on a happy face. You must leave your problems at the curb, and come to work with the right attitude.

I got it. The quote – to me – says that out attitude is the part of all of this that we can control. Also, out attitude can be contagious with our customers. If we have an attitude that they are buying and there is no reason that they wouldn’t, they are likely to get on board.

How mant times have we had customers come into our business with a sour face and a bitter tatse? They’ve just left a dealership or years ago left a dealership, sometimes buying and some ti mes not having a very terrible experience. We CAN reset their opinion of this industry. With the right attitude and confidence, our infectious pride and enjoyment leaks over and before we know it, they are preachers of not only the dealership, but the entire company. We love referrals, right? How else to create ranting fans……?
