On Sunday April 19th, Rocky Mountain Raceways (part of the Young Automotive Group) will be holding a mass casualty training exercise where we will simulate a sprint car going into the stands on a crowded event. You have seen these types of drills before, where local agencies will simulate a plane crash, etc. It is a valuable experience for our safety team and the medical crews that help support our facility. We are looking for people that are willing to be “made up” with injuries that emergency personnel can respond to. We are looking to start with the make up process around 9:00am, with the drill beginning in the 10 o’clock hour. West Valley City estimates the event concluding around noon. If you are a willing to help be a part of this unique experience, please reach out to Danica Stewart: dstewart@rmrracing.com. We will compensate those attending with RMR tickets and our undying appreciation!
