Goal

To encourage employees to refer friends, family, acquaintances, neighbors and other great people to join the Young Automotive Group and grow with us! 

Criteria

All employees with the exception of HR Staff are eligible to participate in the referral program. 

The referral must be for a full-time position, and a referral form must be submitted prior to the employee interviewing. 

Payments

$200 – The referring employee will receive $200 at the time their referral begins working full time at one of the YAG dealerships. 

$300 – The referring employee will receive $300 once their referral has successfully completed 6 months of full-time employment. 

Process

Submit an Employee Referral Form via YAG-U before your referral interviews for a position. 

Once hired, notify us via the YAG-U Careers Tab – Employee Referral link that your referral is working and at which store so we can issue your $200 check. 

After 6 months, if your referral is still employed, notify us via the YAG-U Careers Tab – Employee Referral link so we can issue your $300 check.
