Where we have so many stores and a diversity of people populating those stores TRUST is such key component when we deal with each other on such a consistent basis.
I think one of the hardest things about trust is being vulnerable. It is hard to be vulnerable with someone you don’t trust and many times even if you trust them it is hard to be vulnerable. I feel vulnerability is the barometer of how much trust you have with someone.
