Loyalty is hard to find this day & age. I think YAG has so many great employees and awesome customer that are loyal to our group. This makes for a great working environment.

I DON’T BELIVE ANY GROUP OR ORGANIZATION CAN ACHEIVE AT IT’S HIGHEST OPTIMAL LEVEL WITHOUT FIRST ESTABLISHING LOYALITY. IT IS PART OF THE VITAL FOUNDATION THAT THE GROUP OR ORGANIZATION FIRST BUILDS UPON IF IT HOPES TO AQUIRE IT’S MAXIMUM POTENTIAL, BOTH WITHIN ITS MEMBERS AND ALL THE EXTERNAL FACTORS THE GROUP IS TRYING TO POSITIVELY INFLUENCE

Liked the video. Good reminder for me to always work on my relationships, build trust and earn loyalty through my actions. In need to always be vigilant and make sure my actions are an example of loyalty to my team members and customers.
I like the video and the content. Loyalty is a deep principle that runs deep in the YAG. Loyalty is like Karma…..it all comes back to you. Some people, I have noticed over the years, just don’t quite get loyalty. Sometimes this core value needs to be taught with real examples. For example: If you work for the Young Group you would think that most people would naturally think if they are going to buy their car or service their car they would do so at one of our own stores. However, some don’t understand this principle. If you work at the YAG where do you think we get the money to pay salaries, payroll, or wages. Yes it is from sales, service and parts. It would always be nice to have all employees support our team and our teams departments. That is just a small example of Loyalty.
Loyalty is good. But to have integrity……I have seen many times loyalty responsible for the decline in an individual’s integrity. (Being loyal for the wrong reasons) Come to think of it, often is the case throughout history. Loyalty must be accompanied with integrity.
