The HR department has been hard at work this year trying to get you the best insurance premiums possible and they are looking forward to discussing premiums and other changes to your benefits during this year’s open enrollment. Open enrollment is coming up quick, make sure you are prepared. If you are currently enrolled in insurance and benefits through the Young Automotive Group, you will need to re-enroll come the open enrollment period, otherwise you will not be enrolled in benefits in the upcoming year. Please review the 2018 benefits book and come to open enrollment with your questions ready to be answered. *There is a Utah benefits book as well as an Idaho benefits book, please refer to the book which applies to you. There will be three different open enrollment meeting days for employees to attend. Click HERE to RSVP for an open enrollment meeting. A reservation is encouraged but not required; if you register and are unable to attend at that time you can still attend another session without a reservation.
- October 24th at Young Subaru (3920 Riverdale Road, Ogden, Utah) from 7AM – 7PM. Presentations on the changes to this year’s benefits will begin at 7AM and are scheduled to repeat every hour and a half throughout the day.
- October 26th at Young Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in Burley (259 Overland Ave, Burley, Idaho). The Presentation will begin at noon.
- October 27th at Young Toyota (1945 North Main Street, Logan, Utah) from 9AM – Noon. Presentations are scheduled for 9AM and 10:30AM.
The HR department will be available during these sessions to help walk employees through the open enrollment process and to answer any questions that may come up. These meetings will be your only opportunity to get questions answered from providers and vendors directly, we strongly encourage you to attended.
The deadline for open enrollment registration is November 22 and anyone who has not enrolled by this date will not be able to receive benefits for 2018.
