Jake Phippen from Young Subaru, one of YAG’s fitness gurus and IFBB Pro bodybuilder, created an awesome at home circuit workout for all of us as well! Check out the instructions & videos below.
Circuit Workout – Jake Phippen
Circuit 1:
- Running in Place x30Sec
- Push-ups xfailure
- Crunches xfailure
- Bench Dips x10-15
- Body weight Squats xfailure
- Plank Holds x30-45sec
Circuit 2:
- Slow Body Weight Squats x45-60sec
- Press Up Step Ups xfailure
- Modified Pull-Ups xfailure
- Pike Push-Ups
- Bicycle Crunches x30-45sec
- Split Squats x10-12per leg
Do each movement one right after the other with very little rest in between (5-10secs). Repeat each circuit anywhere from 3-6 times. This should give you about a 30min workout. Training Split would be 2 days lifting 1 day off 2 days lifting and 2 days off. If anyone has questions please feel free to reach out through text, email, Facebook, or IG. Jake Phippen, Great job and I appreciate your proactiveness. You might also show…..sort of like the old Jack LaLane TV show, showing how each movement you talk about and doing it correctly.
