We broke ground on our soon to be corporate headquarters! We’re so excited for the expansion of the group. The project will consist of a +145,000 sq.ft. facility which will house a wholesale parts
warehouse and operations center as well as office space for almost 250 Young Automotive
Group corporate and office employees. We’re aiming for completion at the start of 2023.

of the Young Automotive Group. “We know the value of having our employees work closely
together and by creating a central headquarters we are going to be able to work more efficiently
and closer communication will give us an opportunity to provide an even more exceptional
customer experience.”

The groundbreaking ceremony program included speakers such as Joy Petro, Layton City
Mayor, Davis Chamber of Commerce leaders, and Spencer Young Sr., CEO of the Young
Automotive Group.

The project will have over a $35 million economic impact on the local community providing
jobs and new architecture to the community. Hughes Construction will be providing the
construction services on the project.
