Last week, the Young Automotive Group completed its acquisition of two new dealerships, Poulsen Trailer Sales in Logan and Morgan Valley Polaris, the company announced Friday. The dealerships began operating as Young Truck & Trailers of Logan and Young Powersports of Morgan, respectively, last Friday, July 1, 2022.
Randy Taylor and Jacob Sobers will be the general managers of the newest Young Truck & Trailers and the newest Young Powersports, respectively.
Taylor, who has been an employee of the Young Automotive Group for the past 12 years, is excited to grow the Young Truck and Trailer in a new community. “As a whole, the Young Automotive Group has been fortunate to be so involved and connected to the community in Logan and we are thrilled to be able to expand and offer new products and services to the area,” said Taylor.
Colby Poulsen, new Young Automotive employee, formerly with Poulsen Trailer Sales, said of the acquisition, “I have 15 years of experience in the trailer industry and Travis (Poulsen) has 25, between the two of us, we have worked in every position throughout the dealership. With the backing of the Young Automotive Group and Poulsen family experience and expertise, we have the potential to grow this business even more.”
Sobers, has been an employee of the Young Automotive Group for the past nine years and is currently the general manager of Young Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Morgan. “The Young Automotive Group started in Morgan in 1925 and as we continue to grow as a company we are so grateful to have the opportunity to put down more roots in Morgan. We have seen this amazing community continue to support us and we want to continue to support them,” said Sobers. “We are excited to continue to Think Young in Morgan and now, to provide machines to support the local adventures. From seeing the high school sports teams to being involved with the county fair and hosting our annual Trunk or Treat, we truly love this community,” says Sobers.
