The Young Automotive Group would like to welcome and congratulate Justin Custis on becoming Young Powersports of Layton’s new general manager!

Previously in Texas, Justin’s been with the group since May 10. He worked in the automotive industry for 23 years before transitioning to powersports over a year ago. Justin says that what drove him to Young was the group’s genuine ties to their principles.

“I fell in love with the group because the staff and ownership here not only have great core values, but hold themselves to those values,” Justin said. “I’m super excited to build a really good family culture, develop leaders and exceed expectations.”

Young Powersports of Layton is also expanding their service area — something that Justin is looking forward to. As someone who specializes in scaling stores, he looks to help the dealership perform at its optimal level.
