Love it! Went to the doctor today. Usually the nurse that sees you just before the doctor does, just takes some vitals and is on her merry way and tells you the doctor will be there soon. Today, this nurse, took time to really talk to me. She listened to me and then tried to really get to know me. She made me feel like I was a person of value in her day, and not just another part of her job and a means to an end. This to me is what value means when you work in a field where people have lots of choices. I am ordering her flowers because I was so impressed and you can bet, I will be back. And most of it was because of her. Feeling valued and listened to matters. And it FOR SURE will set you apart. There is no doubt about it. Thanks Ty! Great video and fabulous ideas that if put into motion, will make Young stand out from other places.
