If you are always finding flaws or negativity in everyone else’s character it is possibility you need to focus on your own. You can always BUILD your own character.
I love this post! I truly believe we pave our own road, and end up where we guide ourselves. You can only be what you want to be, and to be great is a choice you have to make and strive for.
Thank you for this.

Ive always liked this one
“Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power.”
Abraham Lincoln
I work some some amazing people. My Boss Oliver is the one of the greatest people Ive ever had the privilege to work with.
Zane
I love the quote Zane gave from Abraham Lincoln. We see in today’s world the negative impact of power on character so we want to be sure not to go there!
Character to me is how you treat people, even when no one is looking, even when your having a terrible day.
I have let stress alter my character in the past and have learned valuable lessons! This is a great reminder to remember that only YOU can decide how you react to problems. It’s always wise to step back and take stock of yourself and how you deal with the world. Thank you for the beautiful Quotes and insprational thoughts, it lets us think about ourselves and the world around us. Thanks Spencer!
I agree with Kellerie…..Character is who you are when no one is looking.
I very much liked this post. It is key to remember how each experience is another stone laid in the foundation of ones character. I need to continue to work on my character.
