There’s a lot of incredible individuals and teams that give support to me personally on a regular basis. Others relentlessly offer support without being seen or even known. Amy Phippen is a prime example of a great manager that supports the group by allowing cross training to take place within the Subaru store. They have happily supported MANY new BDCs (more than they can really handle) over the last few months. Thank you Amy and team for putting the YOU in YOUNG. You guys are rockstars!
Tami Olsen has been incredible at helping us find great sales people. Josh Milsap is one of our up and coming rockstars and he was handed to us on a silver platter by Tami. She made multiple calls and prepped him for a career in sales, he was at a solid job for a number of years and left to be a part of the Young family because of her influence.

I would like to give a shout of gratitude to the Fleet team for working hard to find solutions to make my job easier. Rick, Jeff and Candi are working so hard to find ways to make our department run as smoothly as possible. I am a better person because of the people I work with, I’m excited to grow and evolve with the team as a whole.
I have to give thanks to AJ over at Oz. That dude is always looking for ways to take help out – to take something off of any plate that looks too full. He’s been a huge help to the development team at Oz over the past year.

I would like to give thanks to Sandi Espinoza. She always puts forth huge efforts to help us over at Oz and Print & Main with our payroll and HR related questions. She has been a major help over the past year.
I would like to give a HUGE thanks to Brayden Kendell. recently he has done some huge favors helping us out in a crunch. We had a customer that needed a stereo installed on the spot and he stayed late and helped out our customer. What a true example of working together and rising together.
he also helped the Kia store out on Monday with spreading some Salt on our lot. I am truly Grateful for Brayden and his hard work and dedication .
I would like to give a huge thanks to Winslow for not just hiring me, but really encouraging me and always letting me know when I’ve done well on something. It’s not often that you get to work with a team that appreciates what you do AND lets you know! I work for an amazing team and couldn’t be more grateful for this change in my life.
I am truly grateful for Sandi Espinoza. She has always been so helpful but has been a savior to us many times during the ADP switch. I am sure we can be a thorn in her side, but she is a shining star in our lives. Thanks Lady!
A huge shout out and Thank you to Dillon Seely. I was on my way to take my son to an appointment when my truck broke down right in the middle of Main Street in Brigham.
I called Dillon explaining my trouble. He asked me to hang tight for a minute and he would call a tow truck. A few minutes later he and another salesman pulled up and started pushing me into a parking lot. A few good samaritans assisted. We passed the tow truck on the way to the dealership and Dillon made sure I made it to my appointment. You saved the day, Very Grateful.
