“Without leaps of imagination or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all is a form of planning.” -Gloria Stieinem
The possibilities are huge at the Young Automotive Group and in each one of you. Where ever you are and whatever you do, you can be better, you can become the best and set records and make history. It starts with dreaming and imagination and then that moves to planning and strategy and then it moves to action, training, performing and then it moves to evaluating and revising. This process should happen automatically and if it does not try and get it into your routine. To become the best at what you do you must take your dreams and imagine where you want to be and then perform to get there and act as if you are already there. The possibilities are huge. I count on you every day. We have the best group of associates in all departments at all the businesses and I am proud of you all.
Make BIG things happen.

I love getting these messages in the mornings!
these makes me feel good ,,thank you
Great thoughts for today. So true.
THANK YOU!! It is nice to have things put into perspective sometimes. This helps me to take inventory of where I am and where I want to be. (did anyone pick up on the parts lingo? “inventory” hehe… have a great day.
I love the Young Dashboard! When you go to a motivational speaker you think about it for a few days, then as life creeps in you tend to forget some of it. with the dashboard we get motivational messages almost daily which brings us back to focus on what we want to accomplish in our lives.
Thank you Spencer and Thank you to all the commenters! You are my inspiration. 🙂
Thank you for the midweek inspiration!
Cheers to everyone’s dreams!

I think it is a great principle and has rung so true, especially the last few years in this group. Everyone has that dream of being the best that has pushed us all to become better, faster, stronger that we once were and we have seen the bar consistently be elevated.
I love the “as if” principle. Find someone who is already accomplishing what you want to accomplish and then do exactly what they do. I love being a part of an organization that sees opportunities rather than excuses!
