Hello YAG Employees!

We have a great opportunity to help 10,000 hungry kids in the month of September, but we need your help.   There is a HUGE shortage for PANTRY PACKS because church groups and charitable groups have stopped meeting and doing projects together due to Covid-19.   Pantry Packs are bags of food that Principals give to kids who don’t have food at home, so they don’t go hungry over the weekend.

As a group, we have committed to donate 500 pantry packs per store in the month of September, which means we will donate 10,000 pantry packs for hungry kiddos!!!  You can help by personally donating money directly to Young Caring for Our Young via this link: YCFOY Pantry Pack Donations, or via Payroll Deduction using this linked form: Payroll Deduction Donation Request. 

Donations will allow us to buy the food tax free, and then we will deliver it to your stores to assemble the packs in the next few weeks.  You can also donate food if you would like.  We’ll send out the food lists for the different school districts tomorrow, because they vary between food pantries.
