The October referral contest is going on now, so if you want to win some sweet prizes, send us your referrals! As a reminder, these do not have to be your friends that want to work with us today or even tomorrow, but at some point in the future. We just want to reach out to them and let them know who we are so when they are ready they will know who to reach out to.
Some helpful tips for you to get referrals so you can win this month’s contest.
- Use social media. Create posts about how much you love your job, or go through your friend lists and reach out to them individually. Social media is huge!
- Utilize your phone. You have loads of contacts in your phone, and there’s a good chance that some of them are interested in learning more about the place you work.
- Talk to family members and friends. Sometimes they know other people who are interested in getting new jobs!
These are just a few tips for you to get started. And as a reminder, if we hire your referral, you’ll receive $500 dollars and a chance to win our October contest!
The October referral contest is tailgating themed, and there will be two winners. Winners will be the two people who sends us the most referrals.
