Cass has done a great job with New Hire Orientation! She is truly making a difference by making sure our new hires have a great first impression of our group, and that they start their jobs armed with the critical information they need to succeed. Because of Cass’s commitment to YAG and our culture, new employees feel welcomed by the company, they meet YAG Executives and Managers who are passionate about our culture, and they learn firsthand about the opportunities ahead. This will help increase employee morale and reduce turnover and will also help us recruit more great employees to join our group. NHO also helps us spread the word about Young Caring for Our Young, which will ultimately help us make an even bigger difference in our community and serve more people in need.
