Brady Fishburn – Engage and Support – It’s possible that Brady saved a man’s life by acting quickly and going above the call of duty.
Brady was onsite at the new Young Automotive HQ parts warehouse in Layton when he heard someone yelling. The person, an employee from another company, had suffered a severe cut to his lower calf/leg.
Grabbing a first aid kit from his vehicle, Brady applied a tourniquet before emergency services arrived.
Brady’s EMT/CNA and Stop the Bleed training proved invaluable in this situation. A person who exercises humility, he said he was “just happy to be able to help.” Brady exemplified what it means to engage and support in this situation.
Congratulations Brady and thank you for your hard work! To nominate someone for the fourth quarter of 2023, click here.
