A word about profits. Making a profit is NOT a sin! Making a profit is not a CRIME! It is the reason we are in business! Profit is the fuel that drives the engine of our economy. The automobile industry has one of the LOWEST profit margins in the retail sales marketplace! Furniture, electronic equipment, clothing, jewelry, books, household goods, and even FOOD routinely have markups from 50 to 500%! By comparison, a $3000 gross profit on a $20,000 vehicle is only 15%. A substantial portion of THAT is absorbed in marketing, advertising, labor costs, commissions and dealership overhead. The GOVERNMENT takes at least 6%, which is often MORE than the profit the dealership earns. Did you read that right….the Government makes more money on the car, net profit that we do. huh???

 

With that said, it is amazing that customers perceive that we make tons of money on them. NOT so, we are in a fair business, producing a very good value and at a very very reasonable margin. Never never never feel ashamed that we make a profit and you work so hard you deserve a profit from friends, family and all customers. Lets all really WOW them even though are margins are some of the lowest in the business market. Lets exceed their expectations so they always come back to us, enthusiastically.
